This retreat did so much for my peace of mind and this was down to the balance that Georgie and Megs brought to the week. The itinerary was well thought out but not pressured. The house felt luxury but homely. The meals were authentic and delicious but something for all requirements. The yoga was beautiful, the barre challenging and I absolutely loved the sound baths and the additional thoughtful touches that were executed so beautifully. The group of people that came together really made it extra special and I have no doubt that this chemistry was due to the magic that Georgie and Megs brought with their whole hearts to the retreat. I didn't stop laughing which is such medicine for the soul. I have raved about my experience to all my family and friends and I cannot wait for the next one. Thank you for an unforgettable week.
